Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Available
Core responsibilities:

Plan, manage and execute digital marketing plan that includes (but not limited to) creative campaigns, social media management, analytics and advertising campaigns.

Maintain social media channels (FB, Twitter, IG, Tik Tok, LinkedIn etc) to engage and grow social media engagement and following.

Serve as advisor to clients in digital marketing solutions with analysis of reports in consultation with support teams.

Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.

Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, usability and sustainability
-
Grow overall sales by optimising the online user journey through online marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media.

Conduct market research, surveys and analysis for business growth.

Analytics: Capture and analyse the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices on social and email marketing channels.

Work closely with content marketing team to brainstorm, A/B test, and execute social and email content strategies.

Well-organized and has strong attention to details.

Team player with great interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven presentation and client liaison skills will be an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; proactive in exploring and recommending improvements at all times.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Able to lead and motivate team-mates and remote workers/partners.

Proven experience with digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization, content marketing, social media, video, email marketing, links building, website analytics, A/B testing

Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Table, Filter, Formulas)

Design skills (e.g. proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Minimum requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration/Management or relevant industry/technical qualification in business, marketing, communications, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Fresh graduates or individuals with non-relevant working experience but open to learn with a can-do attitude can apply. Mentoring will be provided.

Ideally 3 to 4 years of relevant hands-on experience developing, editing, testing, and iterating digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
